I have a labrador, 1 yr and half, and I was wondering, my roommate just got a yorkie, and several times it has happened that when he sees the lab and runs around him, the yorkie pees. Is this a normal behavior? Is he doing it out of excitement?

I have actually seen on The Animal Planet of a mexican breed that has no hair. I believe the breed is called Xoloitzcuintle, Xolo for short. It is a medium sized dog and something you may look into.
