I don't think it will hurt him. I was worried he was a smaller dog, I think size has alot to do with his. Since he's big he'll probably be more likely to flush out the ashes. Yes, lots of water for him! and maybe some dry food... I don't know. Again,...

My dog won't eat hard dog treats. i think she has sensitive teeth. She even makes me cut up her soft treats. I spoil her alot, I know! Sarah

I don't think it will really hurt him. Hopefully the ashes weren't hot! I don't think ashes are toxic, unless he inhaled them while eating them. Poor thing, hope he does okay! sarah

Pit Bulls can be great dogs. Unfortunitaly, they can fall into the wrong hands and be bred for the wrong reasons. it's awful when people train them to kill. But if they are trained correctly, they can be marvelous family pets. Sarah
