I bought a Jardine Parrot months ago. Her name is margarita and so far I can't get her to bond with me. I talk to her and try to pet her and all she wants to do is bite me. Any suggestions?

Im having so much trouble finding a USDA liscened sugar glider breeder in my area. I live in VA. HELP!
