My wife and I are at odds over this issue. We have a medium sized dog and she likes to pop her head out the window when we go for a drive.
My wife feels it's better to close the windows and run the A.C., but I want the dog to enjoy the scents...

I have been wondering about this recently.

Why is it that some dogs are given very little training, yet they behave so well? My sister-in-law does not train her dog, but the dog is so calm and peaceful.

We've tried all the tr...

I would like to get your opinion on this, because we're in a "Catch-22".

Thanks, posters for your comments.
To answer your questions:

Afraid to continue the medication due to the diarrehea.
The X-Ray is the next course of action, according to the vet.

Our 15-mo. old Husky mix has recently started to suddenly raise her rear leg and walk on the other 3 as if she were in pain. This lasts for about a minute before she is back on all fours and apparently fine.
The vet examined her and found no ...

Our 1 year old mix has a bad habit of scratching and digging up the towels we put in the dog beds we have throughout the house.
Does anyone have any idea why dogs do this? We thought it might be from the washing detergent fragrance.

We were told by the Humane League that the dog we adopted is a "Husky mix'. Is there any way to find out what the other half of the dog's breed is?
