Do they have puppies at the pound like month old pups?

I was going to get it from a close breeder...so we can train the puppy, because we want it to get used to the smell of our little animals that we have.

I might be getting a Puggle soon, and i wanted to know if they bark,yip, or howl.

If they howl, do they howl as much as a Beagle?

I read an article that i should put a little bit of honey in the puppy's water so it's blood sugar doesn't get low.
