The thing is that he isn't really even wee pad trained. From day one, he went on the pad to pee naturally, I'm guessing because of whatever the lace the pad with.

Well as far as going inside, he's been fine going on the wee pad from day one for #1. I guess whatever they treat the pad with does make him want to go when he sniffs it, but #2, has been been hit or miss.

Well house training for Baron is going VERY slowly. I take him out as often as I can, but more often than not, he doesn't do a thing outside.

Not true.

I had a puppy that one of my little cousins dropped (after I repeatedly told him to stop picking him up), and the puppy cried at first and then about an hour or two later, seemed to be okay and I was given the same advice.

A dog can live outside, but it depends on a lot of things whether it's misrable or not. What is your climate like and what breed are you getting, are probably a good place to start.

That's the thing, I live in an apartment so the space we do have is communal. Just about every dog in the building runs around back there.
