I'm from Rochester, NY (Monroe County)!

I love Chis. My Victory Lane will be a year old this month and she is 4lbs. Your RUSTY is soooooo cute! I love the long hair (Laney is short haired).

I haven't bought a bigger bed yet, but we need to. There are four of us that sleep in the Queen size. My hubby, myself and two doggies. I don't get a good nights sleep bc I try not to move.....I don't want to wake the dogs.

I use saline solution on a cotton ball to get Laney's tear stains to lighten. Hers aren't really that bad though....and it works for her. Not sure if it will work for everyone.

manny, I don't really have advice either. My 10month old Chi doesn't like anyone but me. She wont let anyone else touch her and she snaps at children. I take her to small dog meet-ups to meet other people and dogs, but that doesn't seem to be helpi...

my 50lbs mutt and my baby chi wear harnesses. My baby chi walks really good-no pulling. My mutt however is a puller, but I am working with him to correct that. He used to choke himself all the time with a collar and I just felt so bad.

My Laney eats grass too....most of the time it makes her sick. I feed her lettuce or cabbage and that seems to supress her craving for grass. Since I've added veggies into her diet she eats considerable less grass.
