Are you using human glucosamine? If so, there are several glucosamine supplements made just for dogs that you can get through your vet. Human glucosamine has been shown not to be absorbed well by dogs, so I wouldn't waste my money.

Most dogs are lactose intollerant (same as some people) and when given in excess amounts, milk can cause a loose stool or diarrhea. Lactose-free milk would be fine. The also have lactose-free ice cream which my dogs enjoy on occasion in the summer!...
