I have heard a lot of bad things about Greenies, but I always thought they were a good thing. Are they good for dogs or not?

What's the name of that stuff you give your dogs that makes them not eat their stools? Also, can anyone recommend a good urine cleaner that removes and kills odor? Thanks!
