I agree with Icyhound I also use Ivermec (same active stuff as heartgard but much less expensive). It can be found in the revival pet catalog. Just be careful if you mix it wrong you can get a really sick dog. Also,

If you have a Tractor Suppy Company in your area ask for Biosol. It clears up most cases of the runs. I learned about that from a lady who has been breeding show Yorkies for over 45 years.
