this is not the ad i paid $30 for. what did i do and how do i fix it?

i placed an ad, paid $30 for something, but the only thing on the ad is a picture of one of the puppies. there's no decsription, breed, pedigree that took some time to fill out, etc. who do i contact about fixing this problem? thanks so much for ...
