My dog is always "barfing" or at least looking like she's barfing
She's done this ever sience we got her and when she" barfs" nothing ever comes out

My dog is sooo loud and noisy. My neighbors are probably going to hate us. She just barks at this and that and nothing. Does anyone have any advise? Please, I'm desperate. She is just bark bark bark 24/7, and it's really annoying
