I would try (if you already haven't) crate training. Most dogs will not go in a crate and actually enjoy the break away (mine actually will go in to take a nap).

As long as the clothes are not tight and the dog is able to go to relieve itself comfortably, go for it. If the dog enjoy's it enough to leave it on, even better!

Our local rescues and shelters have many dog attire contests and my own dog...
