Those are scams. Don't even answer them. They write and offer you an insanely high price for your item (there's a good clue right there, they don't even mention puppies or dogs or cats or whatever, it's always your item.) They say they will have...

Someone forgot to tell my first Yellow Lab that chocolate is bad for dogs. She once ate all of my freshly baked chocolate chip cookies. They were the big ones, as I used an ice cream scooper to make them, instead of the usual teaspoon.

Hmmmmm, they must not have liked the advice. They didn't hear what they wanted to hear, so they tucked their tail between their legs and took off in the other direction.

I still hope they have that dog spayed, though.

You know what works really well on dogs elbows? Try old fashioned bag balm. It is a salve that farmers have used for years on cows udders. It is protection for the dogs elbows from the elements and may even soften up those calluses.

The dogs make out better than me at Christmas. They are getting 2 huge bags of rawhide flips, greenies, tear stain remover (which they won't be too thrilled over), rawhide retriever rolls for the bigger dogs, plus a new selection of stuffies.
