Sounds similar to the problems we had with Maggie (beagle) though Maggie wasn't as bad. When she was 7 months we moved to a new house and there went all her potty training. We really had to keep a close watch for a couple months.

We just had an incident this past weekend! No harm done but the other dog was much bigger and not friendly at all. Needless to say the people had no control over their dog and it wasn't on a leash either.
