Have you tried squirting her with water? We usually reserve this for barking in the crate but it may be enough to divert her attention.

If this pup is not eating or drinking take him to a vet ASAP.
Explain your situation and they may be willing to work out a payment plan. If the dog is weak from dehydration it is important for you to take this dog in NOW.

We did go over to the feed store and found they carried several of the premium brands!
Wellness, Merricks, Innova, Pinnacle, Solid gold and a few others.

Now having a new puppy with our young dog (2 yrs) I find it much nicer! Poor Maggie wanted me to play all the time but with Hannah around they can play doggie games that I don't need to partipate in.

Well as far as price goes it is less expensive for me to go to the store and pick it up than order online (shipping!).

I hear so much about those other brands but I am thinking of switching Hannah to Merrick puppy chow. She is going to stay on dry pup chow til she gets a bit older and then we will do 100% homecook.

What a terrible situation for both your dogs and theirs!
Hopefully someone will steal that puppy and give it a better life. That's terrible to say isn't it? But better than not being taken care especially as a puppy.
