As far as the crate maybe try leaving some "special toys" in there. Toys he shouldn't be allowed to take out so it is a more enjoyable exerience when he is in it.

Thought I should add - the box you have may be a fun place for your pup to dig. We have a sandbox for our dogs and they enjoy digging in it and it is better there than elsewhere in the yard.

We don't even water the area and have no problems.

Maggie used to go to "Pooh's Corner" to do her pooping (hence the name) but sadly she got out of the habit.

Hannah goes wherever she feels like.

Hannah has lost almost all her baby teeth (in fact they may all be out by now) she is a 5 month basset.

I must admit she incredibly silly when the 2 front big teeth came in. I couldn't stop laughing- I called her bunny all day.

I love each of my babies for their unique different ways!

My vet insists on checking yearly - which I have no problem with.

He also strongly suggests to keep them on year round since he feels the mosquitos can live in the house and get them that way. We do give them a break Dec and Jan and ...
