Our vet told us we could not take our 10 week old Jack Russell's outside until they are 4 months old so how do we controll them from going all over the house. We are trying to train them potty training and sitting staying down etc

From what I have read if you get Jack russell at a very early age under 2 years old you can introduce them to cats
