Stumble, it seems to me that what you described about the said lump could be a sebacious cyst. You say he was castrated not too long ago and than the lump apeared. Chances are when shaved for surgical prep there may have been a nik near that area....

How old is the puppy. When these events occur what is happening around the dog. Getting a behaviorist is a great idea, hopefully they will spend the time needed in finding why she gets aggresive. Did you get her from a breeder, or someplace else.

Looks like they are from NY. In NY I believe the shelters or rescue groups can not adopt out pitt bulls? I could be mistaken, They run under different guidelines, its easier to say its a Lab.
