i have a lab/pitt mix named MJ and he is very acitve, and he to gets sad when he is not at my side, what i have found that helps him is to play with him till he is tired before we have to seperate, so that he sleeps, or after i leave and come back ...

yes he has been around kids from age 1 and up so he is used to the constant crying and the smells of bottles, diapers, etc. even used to kids trying to "ride hime", pulling on him, pinching, the kid stuff that happens while learning...

omg dusty, he has even jumped in the tub with me, but he is fifty pounds, and he enjoyed it, and i cant get him to stay out, ive tried everything including locking him up, but my dog is really smart at excaping and he knows how to open all our door...

i really love my dog, but does he always have to be at my side, it is so hard to do anything even cook dinner, he is constantly at my side at my feet, is this normal for a lab pitt mix? my husband is very good to him, and even my neighbor is good ...
