my bordercollie,darcy has a heart condition and i was wondering if anyone else had a dog with a heart condition?

i have a very old military saddle,if well oiled it still usable,and i was wondering what it may be worth?

every time my mare sets foot on grass anmd sees an open land scape she bolts with me.and i cant actully stop her.
