Thanks guys for sharing with me. You are correct about the testing costs! The visit, the blood work & urine tests as well as 14 days ( 28 pills) of the Clavimox ($112) ran me $435.

PEN, It wasn't my usual vet. It was the "stand in" for the holiday week. He said the canned food is not good for their teeth & I could try mixing the dry with Cottage cheese. Is that not good?

My vet suggested trying cottage cheese mixed into the kibble instead of canned. I tried it today & they liked it.

Wellness is the way to go. I am now slowly cutting down on the canned wellness by putting a little cottage cheese in the kibble, but my girls are 15 months & 6 years, so ask your vet before trying the cottage cheese.

After each walk, I use a non scented Pampers baby wipe on my girls to make certain they didn't pick anything up during there walk & squats.

Has anyone ever experienced talking to an animal communicator? I spoke to one today & was wondering if anyone else "believes" in this type of communication between our animals.
