ok before when i posted this i explained how he licked him self .. and gets nervous and doesnt want to be touched.
some ppl told me that i should bring him to a vet... and that he might be having minor seizures...so my family and i are very sc...

My Chihuahua is going through his situation again.
with the constant licking. He gets really nervous and its almost scary. His paws and arms get soaked!
Ea...

the mild seizure thing kind of worries me though...
