That would best be discussed with her Doctor, but why those breeds? Why not one that is supposed to be hypo-allergetic? Like a Poodle, Schnauzer, etc?

I have never seen an Aussie in this color. They come in red merle, blue merle, red and white and black tri (meaning black with white and copper markings) and black and white. She is probably a mix.

I personally know the girls from Ohio Purebred Rescue and they do great work. They do home checks before and after the dog goes home. I am sure they would also take care of the needed surgery.
