I have been giving my dog cheese for a snack and for training is this alright? Is't not bad for him is it?

I have a 16 wk old male yorkie puppy named Parker. He weigh's 2 lbs 8 oz. His mom and dad weigh about 4 pounds. Can you tell me about how big he will get. When does he stop growing?
