With a new puppy I've always given them a big fluffy towel and wrapped them so they feel secure or the old stand by..a quietly ticking alarm clock.

Have you tried giving her something else to chew on? As far as the outside try the same word over and over ..I use the phrase...be a good girl..it took a few days but now that's the magic words.

I am a little...I know that they do not shed so if allergies are a problem they're great. They learn quickly and are couch potatoes after they play outside for a while or go for a walk. They absolutely love their family and are wonderful with kids....

Sounds like a call or trip to the vet is a good idea..if he is pulling at his stitches tht's bad but he could be just trying to clean them...
