I dont understand why people get so upset over cats in their yard. Sure they may poop on your grass, but so would every other wild animal.
I do understand that cats will sometimes get into garbage, but so will racoons and skunks, so your garb...

Report the store to th SPCA. The animals should not have to sit in their own excrement.
