Thank you for the compliments. The breed was used for hunting large game and helping the farmers with protecting the livestock among other things. The name cane corso roughly translates to "guard of the courtyard."

Ha- ha, that was nothing, she wasn't even drooling in that pic! She drools alot after drinking and when she shakes her head drool will go flying a bit. Just got to keep a towel handy!
