I have a puppy who is about 6 months old now. She loves to be out in the open yard whenever she can, but she's gotten to where I can't trust her to stay in the yard for 2 seconds by herself. The neighbors dogs used to come up here a few months ago, b...

*update*

Well, it's been about a week since I posted this concern for my puppy. She is so much better now..there has been no throwing up, no runny poo, and she seems to be feeling so much better now. She's still going to go to the vet (aga...

My 5-6 month old puppy, Missy has had diaherrea for the past two days (it's not notstop or anything..just there) It wasn't that bad yesterday, but today when she was outside, she pottied in the woods (it was runny) four different times. She has also ...

I may not be much help, but I would suggest maybe a large run for her in the yard (or in the house). Something that is large enough for her to run around in and have a little bit of freedom but yet you can still keep an eye on her. Good luck!!

Well, she's a mix...we're pretty sure she has some Pit Bull and maybe some Lab? We're not sure though.

I agree with the idea of fencing, yes, but our yard is huge. It would cost too much to fence the whole thing in, although it would be a perfect solution. Anyway, I've recently bought one of those extendable leashes that goes up to 16 feet, and we are...

Okay, well, I haven't replied to this post in a few days.. There's been an extra problem added to this lovely issue with the neighbors dogs..Missy now knows (thanks to the neighbors dog) where he came from in the woods and Ran Off into the woods when...

okay, well, Missy is a mix (we're not 100% sure of what) but we think she has some pit bull and maybe some lab in her.

I feel awful about chasing him away, and yes I realize that I could be sending the wrong message to Missy, but believe...

I've posted about this problem before, and most of the responses I got was "fencing". Okay, well, our yard has a wooded area that borders both our yard and the neighbors. The neighbors have dogs as well, and there's one in particular who likes to com...
