Has your vet done a blood draw and sent it to Texas A&M for SIBO (small intestinal bacteria overgrowth) testing? If not, I would suggest doing so.

Run, don't walk with this baby to the vet's office. This could be Parvo...hopefully not, but anytime there is bloody/mucousy poo, especially in a young puppy, it's better to be safe than sorry.

If the demodex is localized you can buy an ointment called Goodwinol. I just went thru this with a young min pin/Chi mix. We put him Ivermec (mixed in with his food) and Simplicef (for underlying infection) and it killed the mites in 2 weeks time. ...

IMO, considering the ratio of good breeders to BYBers & Millers - there are only a "few" good breeders. For every good breeder, there's 250+ bad breeders.
