I don't know how big of dogs you have, but here's what I do (when you have a hairless kid, you gotta be creative....not to mention I HATE cold weather). All my kids just absolutely freak out for chasing a laser lite. I take them down in our finis...

Yep, lalayla is right. You can also take the lower jaw in your fingers and press her tongue down to the bottom of her mouth while telling her no bite. I have one that is a mouther and this is what I do to him....he hates it. Others will actually...

I think the best thing you can do is some research on what breed best suits your lifestyle. We can all go on and on about breeds we love, but when you get right down to it, you need to get a dog that matches your personality, your lifestyle, etc. ...

You can use the B.R.A.T. guidelines for diarrhea too. Bananas Rice Apples Toast Pumpkin & yogurt are great too. Mine get a dollop of yogurt every day.

I know lots of people who use pumpkin (and salt free green beans) for their overweight dogs. They just reduce the amount of food & replace it with pumpkin. It fills the dogs up with out all the extra caloric intake.
