Wow, I knew that you had to watch out for them in the sun, but I had no idea that they were prone to acne and similar conditions....do they require more bathing then other dogs?

Does a hairless animal require alot of extra care? I have heard that the sphynx has to be bathed nightly.
Also, if an animal is completely hairless, does that mean that it will not trigger allergies?
