Have you looked into any medical issues that could be causing this? Is she drinking a lot? Excess drinking and urinating can be a sign of diabetes. It's not normal for a dog just to forget its house training.

We have an acre fenced that my dogs run and play in and then a couple times a week we go to the dog park. I rotate everyday on who walks down the road to the mailbox with me everyday, but it's more for leash training than exercise.
