Even if it is a virus, you need to the vet. If she hasn't been eating and drinking for two days now that's dangerous. A little dog can get dehydrated fast, so she should probably at least get some fluids.

I wasn't trying to give attitude. I just don't think you could get both you money back and keep the dog. Sorry if that is attitude to you.

I don't know how it would be possible to get your money back and keep the dog. It's not like it's against the law to sell mixes, so how could they force the "breeder" to give you money back with out being returned the dog. Learn a lesson and resear...

I don't think anyone said everyone that leaves their dogs outside are bad owners. Some dogs are suited to live outside. But if that's what you want to hear, I think anyone with a short coated dog that is leaving it outside in freezing temperatures ...
