i'm not really sure about that but i know the vet looked through a microscope so i'm guessing they are small....could be wrong though

my 4 month old puppy had parvo and never had diahrea(sp) or vomiting she was just very lathargic and whining....she was always a very playful and energetic puppy so we knew something was wrong...we took her in to see the vet and the vet took a stoo...

yes the dogs still could get it, they need the parvo shot EVERY 6months to a year depending on your vet for the rest of there life. when they get acouple years older they are less prone to getting it but there have been cases of the older dogs stil...

sorry yes it is also contagious through vomit....luckily my dog wasn't vomiting or having dahriea either, she just was lathragic and whining all the time..and she was usually a very hyper mini daschund. so that is how i knew something was wrong.
