Thanks, I took him to the vet and he has an upper respiratory infection. The vet thinks he probably caught it from another dog at the dog park. He is on antibiotics.

I really want to help all those doggies, too! I obviuosly can't adopt them all and fostering is not really an option for me either. But fostering seems to be the biggest need for the rescues that I have been in contact with.
