Does anyone know any websites that list pet friendly motels/resorts? tried bringyourpet.com but they had only a very few, in fact only one for Wisconsin. Has to be more out there.

our newly adopted norfolk is up at the animal hospital having just gone thru luxating patella surgery....anyone out there gone thru this surgery w/ their dog? how did it go? what should we expect when we bring him home tommorrow?
