You need to understand that most breeders would still have the pup, most will not give them up until 10 weeks of age. I would not use nail polish remover, it is not ment to go in a persons or an animals mouth. Try bitter apple or something like that....

You need to keep him calm first off, next you need to talk to the vet about changing Rx. You should also doing things at home with steam. About the Rx an animal can only be on an antibiotic for so long before becoming immune to it. Good Luck
