i recommend whats it's characteristics?Is it active?if it is you can name it somethin like jet,scooter or zip.If it's a quite dog name it something like max,oscar or chex.

I dont think the oldness matters cos my dog learnt her name a few weeks after we got her.Anyway Bee would kinda struggle to learn her name cos you have used it for 3 months and she will think it's part of your daily language because she already learn...

HEY!!! anyone can be a dog expert,if you know what breed your dog is and other few stuff,you can become an expert.You dont have to be wise or a vet to be an expert,you can be an expert when your 5!!

take her on a leash and if you see a dog go across the road or be apart at least 5 meters or so.If she dosnt growl or bark then praise her and give her a treat,if she dose bark and lunges then scold her and say firmly NO.Keep doing that and each time...
