I agree either the dog has worms or his anal glands need to be expressed.. Mine always have that done when they are groomed.

Hello, I used to raise poodles about 10 years ago (Toy Poodles) and we would always have their dew claws removed and their tails docked when they were about 3 days old. I dont know if this helps you or not.
