Last time I checked Pa Laws it was a criminal offence to knowingly not provide vet treatment to a sick animal, THE OWNERS BROKE THE LAW, so did the cops, the AC, the Humane society and their officer by not taking action against them.

it is a very real possiblity she could die, the best thing you could do is take her to the vet and have the puppys aborted and the dog spayed.

My tally was based on a small rescue that is not yet 501c3 registered.
No donations of food, very few donations of anything else.
Rare break from the vet as no 501c3 status.
Vets in this area do not accept spay/neuter certs...
