I don't think I would be leaving my dogs outside unsupervised having already had one killed and now another attacked. Poor girl I hope she will be ok. I also hope lessons have been learned on the part of the owners concerned .

That is like no aussie I have ever seen... Do you mean canadian kennel club when you say CKC or the other CKC, which is basically a bunch of Byb's that will register anything?

FLIPGIRL, Shelters, Some Humane Society's and Pounds euth dogs, rescues rarely do. Most times rescues will only euth for illness or aggression, rarely if ever for space.

Don't Ya just love it, Living creatures as christmas gifts, only to be dumped like garbage or sold off as an unwanted toy. URGHHHHHHH Get the dog to rescue!!!

It is very possible he picked up on you being edgy around the other dog so he went into protective mode and did'nt switch off when he was in class.

Sorry to here about yoour loss. I don't know of anyone who breeds the mix your looking for intentionally. (why would anyone breed a mix?) but you may want to take a look on petfinder.com they have quite a few of the mix your looking for listed...

Get her to the vet and have her tested for cushings disease, not sure how old she is, but it can affect middle aged dogs, poodles and boxers and a few others,( can't...
