Our human society NEVER goes out after animals. If you have a stray you have to either deliver it to the no kill shelter which is over full
or call the city... and they will take it away.

Doesn't seem like alot of fore thought was put into place. I hope that people who work consider that they need a doggy day care. Maybe the breeder should have helped her by letting her know a normal puppy schedule requires several trips to the bat...
