how do you train a husky to feth? and how do i train her to stay in my yard its hard to keep a husky to do that they love to run away every time i let mine out she gos how do you stop them from doing that?

why do peole use shock callars? they hurt dogs not help them, i would never use one on my husky just because she is big it still would hurt her, so tell me why do people use them?
