what kind of dog are you looking for? Did you try a breed club first. The most reputable breeders are usually found within a breed club.

Try the shelters and rescues. They have plenty of mutts, esp. over breed ones that people think are cute. You never know what you will find if you look. consider a young adult. Why keep puppy mills and byb in buisness?...

nope, sorry grade 4 is a lost cause. I would go after the breeder for that one. There vet had to have known it was there.

is it possible she could have been bitten by a tick and have lymes? Even if you tested for it once, I would suggest it again. Have they done x-rays of her spine?
