BTW I have long hair/ear breeds, its called a "snood" in our world that keeps their ears clean and dry.....And I bet a hell...

My humble suggestion is to have the male go to doggy camp or to the home of a breeder friend, friend or relative.
Keeping intact male(s) around a female in heat is just asking for grief. PERIOD.

House break your dogs, dogs are meant to go outside. If you want to train an animal to use a litter box get a cat or a ferret.
