I agree that rawhide is not great, however, dogs can choke on anything. Supervision DOES play a big role in everything!! I personally do not give my dog rawhide, but still watch her with other chews and toys. You never know what can happen.

It should...as long as your dog doesn't think their poo is yummy...which is very common in dogs too!! I would give it a whirl.
