has produced nothing. shes not pushing just panting and wimpering once ina grea while.... is 9 hrs to long to have no pups yet??

she has been panting for 9 hours.. the dog got bred while a friend was watching her for 1 month for us so we dont know exact due-date. she has been panting, not licking or pushing though... for 9 hrs. is this to long?> shes very restless and fidge...
