Heat cycles can vary with each dog. Kinda like in humans. It is not unheard of. If you are planning on spaying her, you should go ahead and make the appointment.
Keep her leashed until she is through this cycle.

Keep up with the good training that has already been started. Pay her lots of attention. Do all the research you can on your breed. Maybe go into an advanced obedience class so that you can be trained to take care of your dog.
