What kind of dog is it? Is there a reason you need the pup to bark? I wouldn't worry about it. Some dogs are barkers and others aren't. I personally don't like barky dogs, expecially if they bark for no reason.

You could just rent a rug doctor machine, use some Natures Miracle with the machine. That would be the cheapest. Depending on your area, you'd have to look in your yellow pages, and ask the companies how they take care of the urine issue.

How old is she? It takes awhile for the "stay" command to be followed, especially with a young dog. They don't have a long enough attention span to stay in one place for very long. I'm sure more people will come along with some ideas for you.

She is only 5 month old..she isn't going to be protecting your house yet. She can only get herself into trouble while you are gone. Crate training, will only help with the potty training. If she has been doing great in the crate as far as not pott...

It sound like she is actually doing great!!! You might want to try hanging a bell by the door that you go out of...every time you go out...ring the bell and say, something to the effect "lets go outside or want to go outside?" Show her how to ring ...
